Vinification: Manual harvest in small 20Kg boxes, Fermentation with skins and indigenous yeasts, Viosinho fermented in a clay amphora with skin maceration for 6 days and the remaining varieties in barrels also with maceration.
Aging: 6 months in used barrels

TASTING NOTE
Aroma: Aroma of phosphorus, stone fruit, earth but very fragrant.
Flavors: It has a fresh and intense mouth. Refers to some herbal notes, peach, with subtle and elegant tannins. Well-marked acidity.
How to serve: Highly gastronomic, it goes very well with almost any light summer dish.
