The star anise from Albert Ménès is carefully selected to only harvest whole "heads," thus ensuring quality, aesthetics, and preserving all their aromas. Harvested while still green, they are sun-dried, giving them a beautiful amber color. Used whole, they perfume fish and seafood broths, marinades, citrus salads, and dessert creams. When ground into powder, they become perfect for pastry. They are also very effective for infusions or dish decoration.
