Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Aging: 24 months in half barrels of French and American oak.
Tasting notes: Expressive and complex aromas of ripe red fruits with hints of fresh vegetation and dried flowers, elegant notes of cocoa and fine toast. Velvet tannins, rounded fruit, full of flavor, fresh and lively acidity foretelling a good evolution and longevity.
Longevity: Can age under good conditions for at least 8 years.
